Sing to the LORD, all the earth; proclaim his salvation day after day. Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples.

To Declare His Glory Among the Nations
Deep inside so many believers’ hearts is the desire to be a part of a the great
kingdom purpose of God and to accomplish great things for Him. So we usually ask
ourselves what we can do for God, and we use our gifts and strengths to become
involved in meaningful activities. But too often we lose sight of God’s eternal purpose
and we never fulfill that great desire in our hearts. It is unquestionably clear throughout
scripture that all the nations or peoples of the earth will worship before the Lord. Psalm
86:9 states “all of the nations you have made will come and worship before you, O Lord;
they will bring glory to your name.” Revelation 5:9 makes it clear that there will be
“people from every tribe and language and people and nation” worshipping before his
throne. From scripture, we see that it is God’s heart to raise up a remnant, those who
will worship Him from every nation, that is, from every people group of the earth. But
while most of us ask what we can do for God, there still remain two hundred million
Muslims in Southeast Asia, making up many people groups, who have no opportunity
to hear about Christ. Stop and think for a moment. Imagine these nations worshipping
through the eyes of faith. What do you see? And, what do you think would transpire if
we all looked first to the unchangeable global purposes of God and allowed Him to bless
all the peoples of the earth through us? What if we were to ask “what does God want
done” rather than “what can I do for God”? Our focus is then taken from what
we can accomplish, to what an all- powerful God can do through us. And maybe what
we do would bring inexpressible joy to our hearts as it brings glory to Him and becomes a part of His great purpose of reaching nations for Christ.
This then is our vision, to glorify God in seeing communities of faith among Muslim unreached people groups of South East Asia which are true to the Word of God, reflect their own culture, reproduce themselves, transform individuals and communities and reach out to other peoples. We have seen from Scripture that God surely desires this. But it is impossible from a human point of view. How then can we attempt the impossible without Him? There must be a major act on the part of Gods people, to bow their heads in prayer. So a major part of our mission is to see the above communities of faith come into being by partnering globally with the Lord’s people in prayer. And we ask for the Glory of God, on their behalf, that you pray earnestly for each of the Muslim people groups of Southeast Asia and that God would accomplish his purposes among them. May God richly bless you with joy as you are a part of His unchangeable global purpose to see, by His power, these nations being blessed.
